These accounts have varied amounts of karma, the best being over 3000. ALL accounts are eligible for subreddit creation.

Pricing: $4 per 365 days of account age, plus $1 per 250 karma (bulk discounts negotiable). BTC only.

Switching IP's is just the tip of the iceberg. I've taken great care to make sure all of the information presented to the spam filter is indistinguishable from noise. I can't imagine a way that their blackbox filter would be able to reliably detect these without it resulting in an unacceptable number of false positives.

What kind of ages and karmas were you looking for? I'm willing to give a solid discount for a bulk order but otherwise the value of the account is pretty closely tied to how old they are. If you only have a requirement like 'must be greater than 3mo old' then I can keep the price much lower than if you want some that are a couple years old.

I just ran a quick check on the db and I have 120 accounts with usernames that have 5 or less characters. As far as 'good' usernames go, that's a little more subjective but a large number of them are good in my book. By this I mean that they aren't some templated thing like <word>+<4 numbers>, all these usernames were scraped from other places on the web and then registered on reddit. Naturally some that were scraped arent good but there are a large number that make sense and plenty that have made me laugh when I first saw them.
