  Every religion has its books, especially the two most famous ones that are Islam and Christianity. As far as Bible is concerned, people have made amendments in it from time to time but if we talk about Quran, there is nothing in this world that can prove any changing in it since the revelation of this Holy Book. I respect all religions of the world because these all teach us to not love money and stop us from gambling. So, gambling is a sin.

As long as we are not harming our self or anyone around us, playing gambling is not a sin. I strongly believe that it is not a sin but people who plays gambling make it looks like a sin. Their addiction in gambling has made them change and sometimes the change is just too much that their addiction had lead them to do bad things. Other countries seriously take gambling as a sin but some has treat as a source of income in which some people by playing relays this happiness/

gambling considered as a sin due its unfair system in there. it's indeed there's something called provably fair where claimed as a technology to keep between the casino earnings and player winnings always fair. but behind all of it there's a lot of people suffering lost and basically it's given to the chosen one who lucky enough to win. it's random indeed and fair mathematically but not fair socially , that's what i think.

It depends on your religion in my opinion and if you don't follow your religion then it wouldn't be much of an effect because you don't fully do or practice your religion right? It is a sin for some people right but we do have our own feeling on how to see this thing. For me I dont consider it a sin as long as I dont use the money to buy something. Everything that I won from gambling site will goes back to the gambling site so that is why I dont really care about that because I only win a small amount of money as well

It is a sin for some people right but we do have our own feeling on how to see this thing. For me I dont consider it a sin as long as I dont use the money to buy something. Everything that I won from gambling site will goes back to the gambling site so that is why I dont really care about that because I only win a small amount of money as well

Well that's how i see it as well. Aside from people whose religions forbid gambling, therefore it is considered as a sin for them to do so, i see gambling as a past time. Nothing to be taken seriously and not worth spending a huge amount of time.

People are always skeptical when it comes to winning money easily and they therefore term anything that is won easily as not being good. They therefore make a mistake when it comes to gambling because they think money can be easily won during gambling but in reality losing money is the easier thing to do when gambling.
