We have added 3 transactions that where not listed on btc.surf
It seems that the problem is with Xapo wallets and payments from those wallets.
We would please advise not to use Xapo wallet for deposits to ensure that the transaction goes thru.
We will investigate this further.
For everyone else it seems that deposits are showing up after 1 confirmation.

Yeah I think that is the problem with mine as I noticed the btc-surf wallet it asked me to sent to started with a 3 with is a xapo wallet. I did not send from a xapo wallet so that is probably why I didn't get my deposit from the start. Sent 0.062btc if you can resolve this then all is ok. I sent you a pm with my deposit address and any other things you asked. |

We apologize as we are having some delays in receiving the transaction to our database from the Blocktrail webhooks This is mainly Blockchains fault as they are having some lags today. Only few members are having these delays when depositing, others are okey. Your payment is not lost, our system just haven't received a notification of it so we can not process it manually without disturbing other payments. On this we just have to wait for now a bit while it clears thru and gets accepted. Thank you for your patience. As you can see on btc.surf homepage, other deposits are going thru almost every 10 minutes, Payments are still on time, sent instantly and everything else is working perfectly. We cant be enough sorry for the delays some are experiencing at deposit step, and we are doing our best to get to the bottom of it and explain it to those who are experiencing these delays. |

You should receive it shortly. It was the miners fee that didn't let us send out small payments sometimes, so system put out an error. We have included a small miners fee for every outgoing payment so from now on, you should get your payments with no delays at all. |

Thank you everyone for the wonderful support. So what has happened in the last hours?
Many new members have joined BTC.SURF and made a deposit to double theyre earning,
We have paid out more than: (info can be checked live on homepage)
We have resolved issues with small payments not going thru because of miner fees,
so we added small amount from our side to cover the outgoing payments.
We are having a bit of delays with incoming deposits not being registered in our system,
that is purely BlockChains fault as they are acting up today and delaying this for many
bitcoin related projects, check other threads for example.
While members are profiting our developers have cooked up something new.
A new fresh data table, in which now you can sort payments, check every deposit
till the first one made, check every payment made, search for your own deposit so you could
see how much has been paid back.
So let's say thanks to our developers for keeping us all updated 24/7,
but mostly , Thank you all for making this a possibility!

I deposited about 4 hours ago and haven't received anything back yet. They say they're having issues due to blockchain. If I don't see something by tomorrow I'm considering scam. Doubling an investment is kinda too good to be true. Seems like a textbook ponzi but we'll see. |

When the delays started today, we sent out a support request to Blocktrail,
where we have our api, to ask why are we experiencing these API webhook delays,
Just now we got a response from them:
I'm very sorry, we've had one of our users use our API / webhook system in a very funky way which was causing a major load in the management of the webhook jobs. It seems as 12~18hrs ago this started growing past what our system could deal with and as a result webhooks started getting heavily delayed! We've made sure that the behaviour that this user showed no longer affects the system in a negative way.
I'm very sorry for the slowdown, but even more for failing to detect and respond quick enough!
So it seems that because of some one project the whole Blocktrail system started to delay.
As far as we understood, then these delays should slowly disappear and deposits should be
registered instantly after 1 conf as mentioned on btc.surf
To simply say, a Webhook sends out information to our system to register your deposit as received.
As these delays happen, we just dont receive the the notification for incoming payment. We can see it,
but as our system is instant, we cant manually add it, so thankfully they are right and the delays wont
be a problems from now or in few hours. Can't tell by myself how much time do they need to recover.
But our guess is few more hours.

They have list of thousand sites, that they think are scam, that's a way for them to earn profit thru theyre site, adding programs just so search engins would index them and they would get traffic. So if you want to rely of any information, then read what others are writing here on BitcoinTalk. |

Had to cancel it for now as few problems started to appear that had to be solved before announcing any promos. As well new data table has been created in this time, now with an option to look up your deposit. So when we are finished up with these minor fixes and adjustments, then we will announce the Promo. We are glad that you are receiving your payments on time. |
