Die niederländischen Behörden haben bei landesweiten Razzien am Dienstag zehn der Geldwäsche Verdächtige im Alter von 20 bis 30 Jahren festgenommen. Sie sollen bis zu 20 Millionen Euro mithilfe der Internetwährung Bitcoin gewaschen haben, berichtet Reuters am Mittwoch.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Super! Das zeigt, dass die Behörden bestens mit Bitcoin klarkommen und die kriminellen Nutzer schnell und problemlos gefasst werden. Daraus folgt, wir benötigen keine zusätzliche Regulierung, keine Überwachung, keine neuen Gesetze und der weiteren Verbreitung des Bitcoin steht nichts mehr im Weg.  Cool

wer glaubt dass TOR und .onion alles 100% sicher machen, sollte sich spätestens jetzt Gedanken machen :-)
