With the current fluctuations its not possible to reach $800. As mentioned by above mate if price seems to rise over $600 on halving we can expect $800 by the year end with the gradual increase after halving.
As you mentioned "with the current fluctuations" as a factor why price won't reach $800 this year, what if the price is over $600 now and fluctuations move just the same on how the price is moving today? Will you considered it to be reached $800? Make sense. |

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

But I believe bitcoin prices could reach $ 800 or leih at the end of this year or next year because I see a lot of people began to adopt a bitcoin and it was excellent. |

No the chance is really low that it can reach such a high value and that is the problem because not everyone can wait such a long time because they want to earn profit.
And that is not possible now but it will reach in the end of the year at least $500.
I agree, the chance is just way to low for it to reach $800 this year. We have 7 months left before this year is about to end and we enter 2017. I think that it is possible for the price to be $800 in 2017 but not know. |

sure is i have high hopes for this halving and few month after dont thing much about price in halving but after halving thing that its gonna be boom on price and also have high hopes that we can go over 1000 to this time halving will increase price but only in some proportion huge jump will follow after that when thing little cool down |

You never know what will happen. But I don't think it is possible to reach that high value this year maximum 750$ we can see. And that wont be good. I hope later that there will be more people that believe in Bitcoin and that they also going to use it. |

You never know what will happen. But I don't think it is possible to reach that high value this year maximum 750$ we can see. And that wont be good. I hope later that there will be more people that believe in Bitcoin and that they also going to use it. even the $600 price level is a very difficult target to be reached this year. it's quite shocking that so many people expect such high prices to happen this year. just look at how the market has been performing lately. the only bit of demand has been there because of the block halving. that doesn't mean the price will not go up from todays price levels, but realize that as soon as we touch $500 the price can start tanking at any moment. |

if halving really make bitcoin prices to be increased manifold, and place this year. bitcoin prices will likely arrive at a price of $ 800 or even more this year. but if it does happen, maybe it will be very difficult. we can learn from the past. i dont think so 'cause halving the price of bitcoin can goes higher than $800, see now we only have a time around 40days++ and the price still below $500. we need much pump to break $800 |
