They probably closed the site when the adsense kicked them and blocked their gains because their site is against their TOS.

I think the message is clear:

It's a sad day everybody.
A few moments ago Google have stopped and blocked our accounts, In the process i have lost $10,000 us dollars. This is the reason from Google:

I'm going to try another way to generate income for my websites and start again.

So this is the end...

Goodbye everyone.

This is simply unreliable .Google don't take websites down such way.If I'm not wrong,if the website is take down by google it won't show up in the searches in the first place.Coin888 is however shown.I think either the owner of the site is upto something or maybe a usual DDos.

https://coin888.com/  Huh

Wonder why Google decided to take it down now. I used the website only an hour ago and came back to see this. Options for free bitcoin are really runnning low. Wish I could've withdrawn earlier from that website because I had 12000 satoshi on there.

If like I can give you opportunities free or in which can invested to earn much more. The free opportunity give possibility and have potential to earn huge much more than the amount you complain to have lose. I don't know what kind of site is that given by you in your main post but if it is faucet the opportunity offered by me is a fantastic game (at least for me who don't like to play games and don't play any of those except this). As for the sites in which is asked to invest are given very good earnings and have several factors which give them enough credibility to invest (at least for me). I am earning regularly every day at those since more than two month. One have 5 years online while the second only two month but is so transparent in everything that has convince more than 45 000 investors to invest more than 10 million us dollar. All those only in two month of life online.

Stop supporting those that dont support you.

There are plenty of BTC advertisers that would like to help you earn!

I think OP is right.  BonusBitcoin just had a message on the front of their website that they are holding withdraws because Google AdSense shut down their ads.  They said they lost 100BTC that they have paid out and google is holding their ad revenue for all of December and January.  Also in their message they said other large faucets accounts have been frozen by Google recently.

I love Bitcoin

Found another faucet that has stopped working for the same reason.

http://www.wonderlandco.in/faucet

Looks like Google is finally taking action against faucets. I expect other faucets to be taken down soon.

I saw some other threads related to this to and it seems these faucet sites has broken some of the Terms and Conditions for the Google Adsense service. It could be that they somehow faked the traffic and visits to their site or allowed room for it to happen.

I know there are a few people out there, who use different proxies / VPN's / Tor etc. to claim multiple times and cheat the system.

Google didn't take down the site. They just blocked operators account (AdSense I assume).

Out of curiosity, what other websites went down? How many? All faucets?
But is that really the reason the website shut down? I don't think so.

sounds like coin888 decided to run with the bitcoins it had stored..

afterall if it held bitcoins, that has nothing to do with google $$.. bitcoins are bitcoins and stored separately that google cant touch..
coin888 could easily of stayed open to payout customers and just stopped running whatever service it did..

basically just running the withdraw bitcoins element of the site.

but instead seems he ran off with the bitcoin and blamed google. lol.. kinda funny how these websites run away with peoples bitcoins and blame other reasons.. when we all know the website owner had the bitcoins.

Seems like same to me.Why would google do that?.Google can only ban adsense account if coin888com have but i have never seen a casino with adsense thing.

Don't get worked up about 12000 satoshi man, its equivalent to a couple of cents, and any way the transaction fee would have probably been 0.0001 BTC anyway so you would have been left with almost nothing
This whole thing was just over 12000 satoshi. I should have read the description.

OP says that Google adsense has blocked his account because of showing ads on that site. But there are a number of sites like that which are running ads from google, then why google do not block them? He must have to describe the reason that why google blocked that site for showing ads.

adsense is not allowed on gambling and faucet sites..it's a matter of time until they get you Wink

Good that you mention and its in their TOS. https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/48182?hl=en

Gambling content
AdSense restricts the placement of ads on gambling sites and gambling-related content. We have different policies for gambling content based on the country in which a publisher is located. Publishers outside a limited group of countries are not allowed to place ads on any gambling content or on any pages with links to gambling content. This includes any content that allows users to place bets or play games in exchange for an opportunity to earn money or other prizes.

Faucets had been promoting gambling sites for years and so i guess maybe its time for google's rep to check.

This is it, this is the time when Google will take an action to all of those faucet sites.
That's why you can't build a faucet with Google adsense, just use another advertising placement service!

Adsense is mostly against sites offering incentives to users (regardless of it being to click their ads or just related to the site traffic/visiting), IMO it's better to use faucets that instantly withdraws to micro wallets because collecting funds in the site with faucets is not a good idea as they close frequently.

There aren't many that instantly give funds.

Only one I know of is bitcoinzebra.

I read about a couple of other faucet sites who also are suspending payouts because of this. Most rely on Google Ad-sense for their advertising income and the ones that have been audited are being suspended from the program as well as having any pending payments from Google halted.

Maybe the OP was from a country where gambling is banned or he tried to defraud Google and click on his own ads whatever is the reason Google have caught up on this scheme.

Making content for Adsense is such a hard time. They have insanely strict policies on censorship. At the sightlest bit of not having them in order, they will cancel your account for life potentially, it's crazy!

And then, we have millonaries like that Perez Hilton guy making millions of AdSense, because if you bring a lot of traffic, you have a special TOS, and you can run trash on your website that would get a small website banned in seconds. Same as always, the rich make the rules.
