PPMC was cancelled a long time ago, your voucher is worthless no one will buy it, you can get them for 5-10% of their values on localbitcoin and paxful
I don't understand the feelings of the weak. The law of the world is survival of the fittest. Its how the weak are weeded out. It just means those people that died were too weak. Its only natural for the weak to perish.

When was it cancelled? I haven't used it in a couple of months but the site still comes up..

It looks like it has been fixed, but all the cards that were circulating when it was cancelled give out an error message.

PayPal My Cash is still working.  I processed a card today.  It does error out very often though.  I'm not sure if it's scammers or just website errors.
