First of all after , You need to download an approval torrent client (i prefer to use deluge \ utorrent for windows and transmission for linux distro).
or you have to find a seedbox which will help you a lot to increase the account ratio (find good seedbox here BTC accepted :only 2.3 $ seedbox  : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1345588.0;topicseen )
Then
- Find a tracker that feed you well and start eating (General,TV,Learning,Music...etc)
you can try to start with IPT
