Has anyone had any luck finding a site working in Russia that will allow users to buy and sell?

There is constantly news about that Russia will ban Bitcoin and punish people who own and trade with Bitcoin.
I would not use one of those trading sites like btc-e.com. They could be hacked by Russian governmental hackers. I only would use localbitcoins or some other cash-based buying options.

well you can buy there and withdraw them to other exchanges for trading.

localbitcoin will work for every country, you can even ask here for someone if he live in russia and near your zone, much harder i think
