I don't understand why he needed the loan if he can repay in 13 minutes.
He could have waited 13 minutes without asking a loan. It really doesn't make sense to take a loan if the money to repay the loan is arriving in 13 minutes.

I think that shouldn't matter because the loan amount asked for is much smaller than the price of this account resell.That is if in case he defaults the loan provided taken this account as collateral,the lender can always sell it to get back his shares+interest.
