I think it is nearing its equilibrium price, maybe by July it will have settled down somewhere in a normal trading range. It was too soon to be valued over $10, but with the increased interest in Eth and now with the funding of DAOs, I think sub $5 is also too low. Somewhere in between these two points is probably its fair value for now, so I am going to say $7-8 is its fair trading range.

For the next few months, if the price is over this range it is good time to sell, if the price goes under it is a good time to buy.

So we can do some range trading now. When the price drops to $8, we can buy. When it is $10, we will sell.

It could be due to the Slock DAO. But the price has stopped rising, It already dropped from 0.034 to 0.030.

The price of Ethereum is around $19.5 now. It has risen quite a lot in the last few weeks. It is in good demand.

Who is actually spending their bitcoin on eth when you can hold btc instead? Are people currently buying straight into it from fiat or are they giving up precious btc in order to board the eth train? At this point in time i wouldnt dare move my bitcoin into something like that.
