Yesterday 3 states voted / caucused for the democratic party. Bernie did do well as he did win more delegates than #HillaryForPrison2016.

As you can see, the 1 of the 3 states he lost was Arizona. He did win in Utah and Idaho by a very large margin.

There is much controversy surrounding Arizona's vote. Proof of voter suppression and all out election tampering are surfacing. Some voters waited in line, in Arizona's heat mind you, for over 6 hours as polling stations supposedly ran out of ballots less than an hour after opening. If you are not familiar, Florida had this same issue of claiming to run out of ballots just days ago and later the ballots were found hidden in a closet!

In Arizona many of the polling stations were closed from previous years leaving many voters having to locate the new and unfamiliar polling station. The building voters would call for help in finding these new polling stations was evacuated because of an alleged bomb threat, leaving no one to answer voters calls for help. Once they were able to find their appropriate polling station, sometimes hours later, they were faced with enormous lines stretching many, many blocks. Some reports say miles long as some polling stations had as many as 20,000 voters set to it. My small town in Ohio has 3 polling stations for less than 5,000 people. 20,000 is far to many people to herd through in a few hours especially when voters sometimes have questions, there is registration issues, machines malfunction, and other expected slow downs.

Less fortunate voters did not find the proper voting station, or the end of the wandering line, before the cut-off time and were turned away. Which in itself is fair but, voters were turned away and told their registration was erroneous when they had no issues in previous years. Voters were forced ballots for wrong parties. Voters were told to leave because they stepped out of line. Voter were forced to use provisional ballots. There is many, many more allegations floating around social media this morning. True, I know some of them could be fabricated but, many have video evidence and given the corruption we have already seen this election from politicians, poll workers, supporters, and the media, nothing would surprise me at this point. On top of all this, as if that was not enough to make any democracy supporting person's blood boil, the mass media outlets (CNN, MSNBC, ect) were claiming Clinton the winner with only <1% reporting and while there was still thousands of people in line to cast their vote.

I have spent my morning thus far contacting various state officials in Arizona expressing my anger. Yes, I know all that is most likely in vain. Please do not suggest my outrage is from Bernie Sanders loosing in Arizona. I admit that may aggravate the situation more for me but, I would be just as upset and vocal if any voters were treated these ways. Did Arizona actually run out of ballots remains to be seen but, one thing is certain, Arizona has run out of democracy as there was none at its primary.

Sorry to rant so long winded friends. As I have said in this thread, the poor state of politics in my country and the misrepresentation of voters infuriates me. The good news is Bernie Sanders did win a total of 6 more delegates than #HillaryForPrison2016 yesterday and I do hope that is 6 steps closer to putting an end to this deterioration of American politics and the start of rebuilding it.

#ArizonaElectionFraud

A recount won't do it. 60% - 70% of the votes came from early voters. So voters that are more in-tune with the establishment got their vote to count via early ballots. New voters did not get their vote to count. Voting needs to be extended to allow all voices to be heard, not just who the DNC wants to give the voting right to.

This article does a better job describing the intentional voter suppression, disenfranchisement, and resulting election rigging. Please read it.

Some democratic superdelagates are starting to realize Mr. Sanders is the parties only chance after recent blowouts of #HillaryForPrison2016. Sure many more will follow.

Hi guys!Do you mine through the wallet miner? Thanks!

Hi Brazzers,

I have helped more then a few people get mining BERN with the in-wallet mining. I did see difficulty low enough at one point yesterday that solo mining with CPU, as the in-wallet mining provides, is possible. To try your 'luck' at solo mining with CPU, simply click on the Mining tab, enter 2 threads per core (if you don't know enter 4) into the 'Threads' field, enter 10 into the 'Scantime' field, and press the 'Start Mining' button. I have one of my test virtual machines solo mining using in-wallet mining and only 2 threads and it still solves a few blocks a week. Each block solved earns 250 BERN during this phase of PoW mining that will last until November.

Solo mining has risk. You could solo mine for days and not solve a block. This risk is even greater if only CPU mining versus GPU mining because CPU mining is far less efficient. GPU mining is not possible using the in-wallet mining. One way you can eliminate this risk is by pool mining. With pool mining you mine collectively with other miners and when a block is solved by the pool, all the miners that contributed share in the reward. Pool mining with CPU is possible with the in-wallet mining but is far more complicated to setup. The biggest hurdle of setting up pool mining for in-wallet mining is you must download a copy of minerd.exe and place it in the same directory as your BERN wallet. Then join a pool and setup a worker. Then place that pool information and worker information in the appropriate fields of the mining tab. Of course, don't forget to change the drop down to 'pool mining' if this is the route you wish to go.

I am more than happy to help you get mining BERN. Smiley

It can be that simple, yes. However, I do recommend you change the number of threads to 2 per core (enter 4 if you do not know) and change the scantime to 10. Then press the 'Start Mining' button. Easy! Smiley You will see the output 'Solo mining started' in the output window below.

Also, I think it is important to add, another thing you can do with solo mining using the in-wallet mining is this. While you are using the computer for less demanding tasks such as reading emails, leave it mining with all threads (4 for example). If you are going to be web browsing to demanding sites such as Facebook, Twitter or YouTube, you may experience sluggishness. You can decrease the number of threads mining uses during this time to free up resources for your web browsing experience. To do this, press 'Stop Mining', then change the number of threads to 2 or 1 even, and press 'Start Mining'. If you are going to be doing even more demanding tasks such as playing a video game, you may wish to stop mining entirely or your gaming experience will suffer.

If you are going to step away from your computer and leave it on, for lunch for example, be sure to increase the number of threads while you are away. This way you might return from your lunch with a pleasant surprise of a block reward. Smiley

Yes, you will want to use 8 threads. You should do well with that processor.  Shocked

This brings up another point I would like to elaborate on. I know I have explained this is this thread before but, please allow me to reiterate for the new members of the community. When designing BERN I wanted to make the coin easily obtainable for non-technical people. Through the airdrop, handing out paper airdrops, the faucet, and large block rewards, I think I have done everything I can to do this. In fact, a low cost of the coin was also in my design.

Another way I aimed to do make BERN more obtainable was using the X14 algorithm itself. X14 is basically X15 with the whirlpool algorithm removed. While both GPU's and CPU's see an increase in hash rate by removing this layer, it does favor CPU's significantly. CPU's see about a 15% increase in hash while GPU's see much less of an increase (<5%). This gives the already 'handicapped' CPU only miner a bit more of an advantage. If you have a CPU, you can CPU mine. GPU mining requires a modern GPU that are often very expense. Many, if not all, lower priced home computers do not have a GPU that is capable of mining. I viewed this as a way to level the playing field slightly and give average people more of a chance of mining. Adding the mining tab also was an attempt to lower the learning curve of mining and make it easier for people that could not devote large amounts of time into learning how to do it. I do believe BERN is the only X14 coin that has in-wallet mining.

Selecting X14 was also driven by the hope ASIC manufactures will not invade X14 purely based on the few number of coins using it, making the demand for such hardware and subsequently chances of profit low. ASIC manufactures can make an ASIC for most any algo and if the profit margin is large enough, they will do so as we are presently seeing in X11. In the long ~6 year PoW of BERN, at least half of the PoW coins (100 million) are almost guaranteed safe from ASIC invasion because they are being released in this current first PoW phase that will end in November. It is a safe bet there will be no X14 ASIC before November. What happens several years down the road as far as ASIC development is anyone's guess. But, if ASIC hardware is available for X14 by that time, the impact on BERN will be less severe as the majority of PoW coins would already be mined. Half before the presidential election this November.

I put much thought into all aspects of the design and distribution of BERN. I made every effort possible to make it easily obtainable, especially for non-technical people. Much like democracy, I want everyone to be able to participate in BERN if they so choose.

I apologize if I have spouted off on this thread a bit. Please understand I only do so to express my frustration with the mockery being made of politics in my country and hoping to get more of my countrymen involved. You are right, it is like a Fox advertisement and a down right vulgar one. I do try to let that not spill into this thread, as I have not even weighed in on the most recent republican fiasco. I will exercise more restraint.

You are also correct with the fact that I can find more people outside of this country willing to take an honest look at the issues and candidates which also frustrates me. Many people I talk to in Europe seem to care more about it than the people living here. I think many Americans are numb to the situation and feel they can not change anything. Evidence of a corrupt political system doing as it wishes for their entire lifetime and people not having, or realizing it is theirs for taking, the power to change things.

If there is only one thing we can be thankful for Bernie Sanders is that he has awakened people to a lot of things here in the states. I do hope that continues.
