Yes, you are correct. 250 bern block reward until block 720000. Currently we are only at ~528000 so yes, this phase is stretching out longer than projected. I appoligize for the inaccurate projection of this phase ending before the election which is tomorrow.

Great to see that after the election its clear that even this both coins is not a big impact but in this coming era i can see big potentials that parties will use any resources to reach their voters i hope it will bring the true intention why this project has been created. Bernie proved that cannot happen from within the Democratic party, for the corruption is too deeply rooted. I certainly hope, and it would seem at this time, president elect Trump may have better luck within the Republican party.

Yes, BERN was always intended to promote the political revolution and, I admit, an avenue for me to express sentiments that I felt should resonate in the financial revolution that is crypto. While I know very well borders and nationalism are very much frowned upon in this industry, they are both facts of today.

But you are correct, hiLlARy stands for everything we despise. Of course you can imagine for Bernie supporters, that despise is unmeasurable after the rigging, collusion, and robbery of the Democratic nomination that is now well documented fact.

The joy of seeing hiLlARy's supporters cry is priceless. I must thank all Trump voters for replacing the disparity felt since the Democratic convention with that. While it is not the joy Bernie supporters had hoped for, it is is much better than watching the thievery of the nomination continue to the thievery of the presidency.

for those of you that have the previous wallets / daemons running ...

the seednodes are fully functional and active and will service not only the network - but all those that have any issue with sync ...

you dont need to remember ip address - just url names - which is easier to add to your conf file if you are looking at adding them ... for the NEW wallets / daemons - there is no need to add ANY in the conf - and is actually preferrable that NONE are put in there - as the new source references the seednodes automatically ...

the seednodes are the only additions to the conf file that are required for those with older wallets and / or those that are having issues syncing ... remove ALL other 'addnode=' references and add only the following ...

and as such - the communities coin ...

this also means that it also has the backing of cwi and its entire infrastructure - as steven is one of 'theteam' at cwi - being the core dev ...

cwi is building an entire system for such things as windows and osx wallet builds - through cross compiling within linux ...

when this project is completed - any of 'our' projects that are released - will come with a windows and osx build at the time of the release of the new code ...

we are all busy with our projects - and our lives - but this should make things a little easier to handle when we can have full accessibility to a system that can churn out compiled wallets for those two operating systems ...

linux is a unique system - in that it it has many different distributions and thus has many different builds that can be produced ... so we will be in discussion over that soon ...

I had been posting updates in the bern forum but, the activity there has seemed to fizzle. Of course, the results of the primary and election I imagine are the culprit for that, understandably.

I actually was putting off compiling and releasing the win and mac v1.2 wallets because I was thinking of changing the pool 'easy pool mining' uses. But, for the time being, it will remain as is and I will just get v1.2 released and not keep everyone waiting. The pool change can wait for the next release, sometime in the first half of next year.

Thanks for the wish of luck! If all goes as planned and tests are successful, which they should be, bern v1.2 wallets will be out within 24 hours.
