Luck in gambling is only for the newbies who thinks that they can rely it to win in the long run, later they will realize that they are just fantasizing on that method and it will always end up to them losing huge amount of money before they realize. That is the cause of the problem when people does not understand gambling and aim for money instead of being entertain.

I personally do not have a gambling problem but I am sure that it would be difficult to stop something like that. People who cannot stop have won before and they are going to keep playing until they win again and again.

The problem is im just adicted to it, i dont play for money, i play for entertainment and fun. its kinda obio that i loose money but although i do it again and again anyways. and i end up loosing everything sometimes but i do win sometimes, dice is bit of depends on luck and blackjack is my fav , anyway i would love to stop gambling if posible , lol:P

I guess that is about money, majority of the people attracted and eventually addicted to gambling are those who wants to earn money in an easy way. You are totally right that playing gambling is so hard to quit if you got addicted to it, but for me I am addicted but still I think of the consequences of it if I did not limit my self for the betting amount that I stake, I always put in my mind that I should have a control over my self addiction when it comes to losing money, and I think that is what addicted gamblers out there should do and put in mind.

Another thing play and bet only what you can afford to lose.

One more thing Cyaren is absolutely right about finding distraction to slowly stop your addiction to gambling step by step, but only do it if you totally want to stop playing.

I recommend playing some sports will slowly remove an addiction to gambling  and it does have  a great benefits.

Or you can even try to do some trading, t can be considered as a gambling but not the same as what gambling had been known, in trading yo can always win if you use your skills in it.

Our behavior is the biggest problem and it depend on our expectation what we want to win from gambling, people get greedy when they start winning with gambling and i think it is really hard to make stop ourself in that kind of condition and it is very long period to give up it, that is why gambling creating a lot of problem in our daily life.

Emotions are just normal to a person they will get this kind of feeling every time they encounter a happy, bad or sad feeling about anything in their environment and I think that emotions are not a big problem in terms of gambling they will pretty need to control their emotion when playing gambling and I think this is a kind of problem you are saying but there are something more bigger that emotional problem and that is addiction towards it.

And yes it all happen only when you don't have a control over your self and control over your tolerance in your bet amount, that is why when we win we should put some amount to safety and some of it to gambling but that does not mean that we should spend all of our winnings back into gambling.

I believed that another thing that keeps people hold unto gambling are the hope of getting back the sum of the money that they had lose in gambling.

Different people thinks differently, its really difficult for a person to stay away from gambling who is addicted to it, and people who wants to make quick money will never quit gambling.
