Could be. Mintpal had a phase of absolutely huge pumps on various coins, well into the thousands of BTC, but I don't know if any were that high.

16117 btc only from 1 altcoin and i don't know if there are in excess of this but i guess yes it is new record for an altcoin trade

They have a crazy amount of volume and I'm getting FOMO but I'm still not going to buy.. It is a very good thing for polo though because they are collecting a lot of fees on all those trades, especially there margin trades.
