in order to "perform well" a couple of criterion need to me met.
1. there should be a real demand for that coin, better if the demand is worldwide not something specific like usage in Dark market or temporary ICO tokens needing to be bought with certain altcoin only.

2. if the coin doesn't have the criteria #1 then it has to not be in a bubble. and your list has the list of all pumped coins which are already in a bubble one way or another. although exceptions apply.

3. the coin needs to have some hype coming its way to be able to cause some pump. and only a couple of these coins have it that way.
ex. LTC has the whole SegWit and LN thing going.
PIVX has the being better than Dash going.

p.s. your whole picture is wrong because the question is wrong. you made the 268% in bitcoin with a solid over one year rise with lots of buy support but you make the big thousands% profit in altcoins in 1 or 2 months because of a short term pump

and what would happen if you actually tried to turn those paper gains into actual bitcoin or dollars? you probably wouldn't get very far.

I came here to post this, so yeah, not much to add.

But on some there would be no problem. PIVX has decent liquidity for example, I think you could dump, but yeah it would be less than that since buy orders would keep getting filled so the price would tank. So you should sell daily in smaller amounts to not crash the price.

Anyway those are some great gains.

POSW can give great gains in the future, im holding some. You never know when those alts are a year from now. You have to take some risks by buying the super cheap coins that have some sort of niche purpose and hope for the pump.
