Greetings, throughout the last few months we have been developing a framework for intellectual property management, based on the Ethereum smart contract network, formerly Mentrio has been successfully running on the NXT platform for some time in test phase, but due to lack of integration and up-to-date technologies, we have decided to push the platform across to the Ethereum chain, which will bring vast new possibilities to the Mentrio framework. Not only will this bring new technological possibilities, it will also bring new merger opportunities with current blockchain startups.

The Australian government generates and manages a substantial amount of Intellectual Property(IP). The Intellectual Property Management Framework for the Public Sector will be developed to assist agencies to manage their IP effectively.
 
These include 4 parts.

Part 1 - a set of mandatory Intellectual Property Principles, and in addition, a Better Practice Guide to the creation, use, protection, and commercialization of Intellectual Property.

Part 2 - an IP Resource Kit, which provides key contacts at a State and Commonwealth level more detailed information about the different categories of Intellectual Property, more detailed information about the different categories of Intellectual Property, relevant legislation, websites and policies.

Part 3 - a virtual online-storage encrypted database for record keeping with multi-user modification access and multi-tier issuing.

Part 4 - a Summary Guide which includes the Intellectual Property Principles, Better Practice Checklist and Advisory Signposts.


Mentrio aims to deliver these 3 sections for use in a wide range of applications inclusive of government & business alike applications, the end result will be an easy to use framework in the form of an online practical platform inclusive of micro-payments for data-storage, micro-payments will be distributed in the form of dividends to all token holders. The crowdfund has been set up to provide a fair, free to all chance to the shares, with all transaction records being public.

As discussed in the original announcement, the final phase of the 2-phase staggered crowdsale will commence on the 1st of December, and run through until January 4th 2017.

it has a reputable developer with video interviews weekly, id say its good for a x20 in price, only gathering a small amount of dollars for what it has to offer.

Same thinking here. Seems like a neat project and they do have an escrow but having a negative trust for the OP makes me cautious about investing. Hopefully the team can sort this out. I will be following this project for now.
