Somebody just  post on reddit that  17 millions Mintcoins was stoled from his/her wallet.

Strange !! You have a huge bag of it and you do not know about that and even do not know that this coin is existed or not. That is the mistake most of the traders do. We do not have to invest in that coins about which we do not know well and cannot keep information about that. The same will be happened to the person who have lost his coins.

First question, who is still mining this? Second question, how did they get compromised, and the most important question, who went through all that trouble to steal something so worthless? Can these even be exchanged?

1st Answer: These Guys

2nd Answer: User's own Fault, they use a sharing software to share the Bootstrap, (Not Smart on their part,with so many file sites are free)
The User somehow put his wallet.dat in the shared link for anyone to access, must not have been encrypted either, completely user error.  Tongue
(Info was gleem from the reddit link, accuracy depends on its info being accurate.)

I use mintpal exchange and have some mintcoin on it, when it fall i think mintcoin already dead too
Dont know they still alive

It still has market on poloniex, so i think it is not so wortless with price now @12 sat it still worth about 2BTC
