I was checking my blockchain wallet and realized my last couple of bitcoin transfers into my wallet was disapared. I never sent out bitcoin from this wallet so i was sure there was something wrong. Now, I can`t even connect to blockchain.info wesite. I get following error "Maximum concurrent requests for this endpoint reached. Please try again shortly.". I hope there is not a big issue. However, it is a good lesson for me. I am going to buy a cold storage device now and will not keep my savings in online wallets anymore. Anyone facing the same problem out there now? Help will be appreciated.

I think it was an internal problem in blockchain server. Seems to be solved now. My wallet seems to be fine now, but i am still going to buy a cold storage device now. Any ideas for a good device?

you don't need a device for that..

Basically a good Paper Wallet is the best thing you can use as a safe paper wallet.

But Blockchain.info safe to use. Just back up the Wallet data on a USB stick / Print out a back-up on paper.

Blockchain.info just never has access to your wallet, they just store your wallet file which is opened in your browser not on their website. That's what most people don't know.

Blockchain.info has lot of connection problems, you will not loose the bitcoins of your wallet its only that this info service now isn't connecting and showing what is on your wallet.

The website is working fine for me as always. Can you post your address I will check the last transactions for you ? You might be opening a website which may not be blockchain.info ,you know phishing business. There is possibility of their server being down due to maintenance but they update about it on twitter or facebook.Nothing like that has happened today.Maybe you should submit a support ticket.

This often happens when an ip address is blacklisted, changing your ip address might help.
You dont need any expensive cold storage coinbase is stable.

Too many problem with blockchain wallet, you should use cold wallet, good choice if you buy hardware wallet, or even you can use electrum wallet, it's safe wallet for storing your coin.

i never got this kind of problem on blockchain and every transaction i've been made went very smooth, mind using new released blockchain interface? blockchain do some improvement on this

i had this problem a while back too. for me it was just because blockchain.info was not connected to its nodes as it was showing on the bottom of that page with 0 nodes connected. it was fixed in after a short while.

It's always good to save most of what you own and not using on a cold storage. Don't save everything on an online wallet no matter how trustworthy the site seems.
I myself use blockchain as well, never had an issue with them but cold storage that's not connected to the internet, is still the best way to go.

I think trezor is most famous regarding hardware wallet for bitcoin but i don't have any personal experience with any of those hardware wallets.

I'm not familiar with blacklisting an address.  Can you explain what that is?  Thanks.
