I don't think it was a change of IP, but probably had to do with something BOT related. Twitter has been cracking down on the auto followers and things I think. So it's probably something like that or could be something with what the user was posting, not sure really. Strange though.

I believe someone has reported him to the twitter. Because, AFAIK, it is against the twitter rules to sell your twitter account.

No my twitter acc was an fan account about a boyband so my name was Harry Styles and Twitter suspended it because of the copyrights.
