There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

We have just uploaded the latest Lisk client v0.3.0 to our download server so that everyone can join the Lisk network with a dedicated node. This release is the launch version and connects to the Lisk mainnet. With Lisk v0.3.0 we officially launch Lisk. It starts with 101 genesis delegates with a 15% approval rate. most of you are not that bright... do your own due diligence. It appears the web server crashed from too many requests.. i.e. the launch is too popular for the current infrastructure the developers have - they need better + more dedicated servers...
jesus just relax and stop asking so many questions over and over like little kids... and you FUD a-holes are obviously feeding off their panic... " oh a new technology has a bug or delay? well obviously there has never been a delay or issue of any kind in the tech world and this is a first!
