I'd ride one of those bikes. Thing is rad. Funny thing is that tire costs more than most of you can afford. That's no shit either. That's probably a $15,000 tire

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's
computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be
reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Lisk launch post-mortem: What went right, what went wrongYesterday, at exactly 8pm UTC, we published Lisk v0.3.0 and announced the launch of Lisk. What a launch that was! In this post-mortem we bring light to the problems we faced, explain why our web login isn’t/wasn’t accessible, and clear up misunderstandings. First of all, I’d like to apologise for the rough launch and the harm that the DDoS attack caused. Since the launch, we have been working tirelessly to ensure that all our systems are working perfectly again. We simply didn’t anticipate this overwhelming demand and trading chicanery. The only problem we still face at this moment are our web logins. The reason is the same as yesterday: huge amount of traffic and ongoing DDoS attacks. However, everything else is working very well. Users can install Lisk on various operation systems like Windows, Mac OS, and Linux. Local client installations are functional and the Lisk network is alive and healthy. The current client is aimed at technical users, but it’s relatively easy to install it with our guides. The best option is to simply use the Docker installation if you are on Windows or Mac. After we have guaranteed the network’s stability and optimised a few important Lisk modules (e.g., peer communication); we will look into options to provide a one-click Lisk client. Read our complete post-mortem now! "A must read" for everyone involved

I transferred 10000 lisks ten hours ago but there is still ZERO confirmation, how can I fix it? I use Docker to do the transaction. @LiskHQ
Please just send them again from https://login.lisk.io/. Should work, please try it out. just try it from dedicate node https://lisknode.grumlin.com/It work 100% I don't trust any website except officials. Don't worry, I used it to send my Lisk to Poloniex and all it's ok! I just sent 25000 lisk with login02 now, tx: 13182945360918948640, hope this time it will work fine.

24 hours with Lisk — StatisticsThe first day is over and we want to use this opportunity to showcase some network statistics of the last 24 hours (approximately). We are very happy that the network is enduring the big number of transactions and we will continue to keep an eye on it. Currently, there are about 350 nodes connected to the Lisk network with the majority of them running on Unix. Other operation systems are popping up sporadically, probably because they are used by traders to send their LSK around. During the past 24 hours we had 7537 blocks from which 4801 blocks (~63.7%) were not empty. They contained 159,114,990 LSK, i.e. 159% of the total supply. Therefore, every LSK was sent around 1.59 times on average. That means during the past 24h we saw a transaction volume of nearly $42,000,000. Just one day after launch we already see 268 community delegates. Until now nobody got enough votes to get into the top 101. We are sure that this will happen during the first week, once things have calmed down. The current price for 1 LSK is approximately 0.00058 LSK/BTC. We are at rank #6 on CoinMarketCap and had a 24h volume of 19,000 BTC or $8,560,000. https://blog.lisk.io/24-hours-with-lisk-statistics-4f0fd0cd820d

Sorry guys. The installation routine is way to complicated. Ok as a developer it is no problem, but you targeted DAUs as well with the ICO.
They have a lot of work to do. A lot. Making a more user friendly local wallet is one of them. The main problem is that even with this month long delay it simply wasn't enough time to do some things that otherwise would've been done by launch. It was unexpected how much improvement Crypti needed that was essential to do before Lisk launch, so development effort was redirected by this from other thinks like making user friendly solutions. Those of us who followed the testnet and dealt with running, testing, updating, etc the delegate nodes, it wasn't a suprise, but the opposite. We considere it a very successful launch, because the network held up, the nodes are synced, Lisk handled a great amount of transactions at launch and since then. I'm understand why ppl are angry. They expected a finished product (for some reason), that works flawlessly, yet they didn't get it, from their perspective. This could have been avoided or at least mitigated if a precise time to launch (with timer and everything) wasn't given. Ironically it also didn't help that both big altocoin exchange was ready and even pre-announced adding Lisk. For the common of people, let's say, all those are "final users" normally don't know and it doesn't matter for them most of the hard work that's behind. Yes! wallet for windows users it's a must, options for Linux and iOs are welcome but c'mon!, are not the more biggest used (I am not Win10 fan). LISK is alive, we've exchanges, nodes, the devs seems that are not on Caribean (for now) and we are on http://coinmarketcap.com/. So it's time to the next thing (my humble opinion).
