My reward policy is a little bit different from other delegates, more innovative and fresh looking.
Most importantly, I'll send 90% of rewards earned from voting on other delegates back to my voters. - NO ONE DOES THAT!
My main forging reward share would stand firmly on 70%.
I'm going to run two additional payouts: first random based to three of lucky voters with 5% payout, second for the best 3 Lisk whistleblowers of a month with 4% payout.

I'll involve charity donations, for a most proposed charity foundation on a monthly basis. 3% every month will go directly to charity selected by community.

Last but not least, minimal forging reward payout will be set on 0.5 LSK. - I do as well as you hate to wait forever just to get payout when delegate set the minimal at 3, 5 or even 10 LSK.

But it goes wrong ! It ask me to remove LiberSpirta and Liskpro.com from my vote -> If you do it, you lose the full Sherwood reward !

Can someone please elaborate real quick what the delegates voting is for? What are delegates on Lisk blockchainplatform? What purpose do they serve? Is this just to make money via dividents? Who pays those dividents? Sorry I am new to Lisk and reading about delegates all over the place. Would appreciate if someone explains it to me.

Not techy myself but i"ll try to give rough answer. 101 active delegates are securing the network with their servers,they are switching every five minutes in the process called forging. People can vote for them cause voting gives delegates weight and the more weight each delegate have chances are higher to enter top 101. To be on the 101st place you"ll need around 23 million vote weight, good luck with that   And yes you earn a dividend for voting. Lets say you have 1000 lisk and you vote for sharing delegates, you can earn 15,16 percent a year with rewards.

Thanks for elaborating. I dont really get how the network security works but I understand now how it is being conducted with the delegates. But doesnt this also kind of centralises the whole blcokchain when relying on 101 delegate servers? But on the other hand bitcoin itself is kind of centralized with 80+ of all miners being in china. And the mining pools are also pretty centralized, not even 101 if I remember correctly. I dont know if this comparison can be done here, if not let me know please.

Why lisk is not growing in price as much as we expected. I think it should be around 15 to 20$ now.

Just to be clear ... This tool https://pool.goforli.sk/rewards/calculator invites voters to optimize their rewards.
It's really a great tool made by @goforlisk but it does not take in consideration the Sherwood rules.

Sherwood rules are :
- Robinhood shares 100% of it's forging rewards;
- LiberSpirita shares 50 % of it's forging rewards;
- Liskpro.com will share 50% when we will be in forging position.

If and only if you vote for all members of the pool, you will get the full reward (100% + 50% + (50%)).
If you missed one or more vote, you get penalize !

So please be careful when you change your vote ! It may not be optimized as promises ...
