Lisk  has  released it's  core 1.0  on betanet  ,  this is a good  starting  for  the  sdk  development .  Just keep  waiting for the next  good event .

dynamic fees will come with core 2.0, when i dont know, but after core 1.0 release on mainnet they will brinng a new roadmap and we will know.

The fee is 1 Lisk for voting 33 delegates and 4 lisks for adding a security phrase, way to expensive now.
