When it purely comes to trading BTC/GBP then I will strongly advice you to look into bit-x as they have the highest BTC/GBP trading volume.

BSV is not the real Bcash. Bcash is the real Bcash.

You could try Bitstamp.net. It is one of the biggest exchanges and even UK-based and it allows to pay with SEPA, too.

I used Bitstamp several times to buy BTC with Euros via SEPA and I have never had any problems.

Kraken, don't use other exchanger because as far I know Kraken is the best. Cheesy
Have a habit of looking at the older comments .The discussion about Kraken was already done above ..Op is not comfortable using Kraken as the charges are too high for him .Quote from him

SEPA isn't free either for UKites.

There is no exchange with faster payments, ie free transfers in for GBP as far as I know. Coinfloor and Coinbase have GBP markets but you have to send the money to Europe so there's no advantage and they're tiny markets in comparison.

No UK Bitcoin business has ever been able to keep a UK business account. That'll go doubly so for an exchange. Fidor bank might change that but for no there's effectively no proper British exchange.

Go where the liquidity is and use Bitstamp or Kraken even if it costs to get money in there.

Localbitcoins.com is best place to trade as you said apart from that you can try kraken for better experience because in overall Europe kraken is the one the best trading place.
Best in trade, smooth in transaction. Best escrow system to safeguard your bitcoin or fiat. But please check with the right traders. Please don't get scammed by anyone.
