This user I mean "HARDCORE SUPERSTAR" who was given -ve feedback by EcuaMobi was seen confirming that he had scammed earlier and will continue to do so in this message: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1325685.msg13713808#msg13713808

So can we ask for some members to give him red trust so that we don't get him successful with his scam intentions.

That dude is surely what we call "Thug Life".In a way,his replies did make quite sense. The forum is not in deficit of idiots who can still get scammed by him despite of all the warnings.I think the negative feedback is more than enough for anyone to not to trade with him.If they still plan to continue the trade ,regardless of feedback be -4 or -400,you can't really stop them.
