I have a question from you that since you were working on Amazon you may know the response. Many people sell gift cards here or sell goods on amazon, so we order the goods, they buy them with their accounts and ship to our address, is there any possibility of happening any issue here? I mean legal issue? For example
1.what happens if their account is hacked when they send us goods?
2. Is there any problem in buying cheaper amazon gift cards legally?
Hey there,
I'm not a para-legal, so I can't help with legal issues (I'm also not sure if this is against Amazon policies either as it's very specific).
But from a practical view - you don't have a proof that they really ship the order to your address (they can say they did, but ship it to their own address, then blame the seller they did not ship it and you are in no position to submit an A-to-Y claim becuase it's not your buying account that made the order) ---> always require tracking ID being sent to you before you pay to minimize this risk.
"1.what happens if their account is hacked when they send us goods?" - the short answer is - you're screwed :) But again, anybody can say they have been hacked.
Hope this helps.
