Won some money on cloudbet, been close to 24 Hours and they aren't paying out. Support is giving generic responses and answering no questions.
Support doesn't give a fuck about you, just random generated responses.
Anyone else having issues? I see people on twitter agreeing with me.

I think its better to contact the support or the owner of the site before consider it as scam, maybe they have a bug in their site so they are fixing it first before fixing the issue from bettors..

They are seem to be having some problems, I saw someone else complaining about not getting paid here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=717790.msg13668731#msg13668731 a few days back but it was resolved, so can't say what is going on as I don't use the site myself. But others are reporting some problems in their thread as well and they seem to have raised minimum bet to 0.1 BTC which is temporary according to them but don't know the reason for it. |

i got same problem as you long time ago, won and the bets is not yet settled after 24 hours. absolutely it makes anyone curious and suspect there is something wrong. cloudbet had this kind problem over and over again , can't see they really improve their service. but i still believe they will paying you out. you just need to be super patient. |

I have always heard of problems from users on Cloudbet. Although they have been paying, I don't want to see another Cryptsy happening in bitcoin sportsbook.
Hopefully, all these problems will be solved soon.

I've noticed a lot of delays in their service in the past few days as well. They do pay out, but it takes time. Hopefully this gets resolved soon. Perhaps you can bet at a different site for the time being, and come back to cloudbet after the issues are resolved.

I've seen a lot of people complaining about pending bets and withdrawal issues. Also don't really understand what website upgrades have to do with raising the minimum limit to 0.1 |

I really don't think website upgrading will delay the payments. If that is the real issues than you should accept any payments until your upgrade work finish. Hope these issues will be resolved soon. |

I know this post is old, but I am having problems with cloudbet too. I have used them for a long time, but now just this past two months things are getting weird there. I have also noticed that customer service does not care about you the way they did in the beginning. It is a classic I get so big attitude I don't give a shit about you. They have so many customers now that they can screw a few here and there every month and get away with it. The way they get away with it is they have tens of thousand of customers so the 10 or 20 every month they steal from mean nothing. Only 1 or two of them post on these boards, and then the other customers who have not been scammed come on here and say that they have never been scammed. Cloudbet has to prove nothing to no one, and all they have to do is lock you out of your account, and that is that. NITROGENSPORTS IS SO MUCH BETTER! The withdrawals are instant, and they respond to all of your requests right away. I am on the 14th hour waiting for my money! I am probably never going to see it. If I do I will delete this post, but we will wait and see. Sad Cloudbet Customer |

cloudbet has the one of best odds available on market and it do have the worst customer support. I dont play on cloudbet anymore because of them once i lost considerable amount of BTC , not on bet but on their system error.

I totally lost a big ammount of bitcoin in cloudbet, trying to think now that it is a scam since then from the time I started to play with cloudbet, All of my bitcoin had been lost.
Right now I do not recommend playing on cloudbet as we actually dont know if it is a legit one that actuallypay a nd doesnt cheat on the game
