Welcome to bitcointalk. Yes you can earn digital money from bitcointalk forum. it called bitcoin. you have some good skills. you can go to service section and Make a topic about your skill.

To start with,do you have a bitcoin address ? Do you know how bitcoin's work ? No one will pay you single penny for the skills you are offering.People want to see demos/github/projects to trust your skills.There are 10's of threads lying in the services section of the forum by experienced programmers and they still couldn't find the job.If you're on the forum just to make bictoins,this is not the right place for you.

since you already have useful skills in computer related stuff, you can find online jobs easily. in addition to services section of this forum, make sure to check reddit too. there is already two good subs for that:

Welcome, you will probably be able to find some work here using the skills you have mentioned. 
As others has said you should have a look in the services section and maybe start your own topic listing what you can do and some examples of your work might help people in choosing you, there are also other sites that offer jobs for bitcoin but you will need to do a bit of google searching for those ones.  Good luck.

I think you should join a signature campaign for earning money on this forum, that seems to be the easiest way in my point of view. But it would be better for you to firstly keep reading the posts and gain some information about bitcoin and in meanwhile keep posting where you should to grow your rank a bit, when you reach jr. member then join a campaign, you will earn a lil more then a newbie.

But if he still in need for the help, i suggest that he build his account and join a signature campaign, in addition with selling his useful skills on the services section of this forum.
