Another reason could be that those faucet owner got their adsense account by using other website or they purchased from someone .

Adsense actually says you can use account to any website what is following their rules and there is no option to add new website for review.

Yea you're right you can buy approved adsense just for 30$.But that account must be ban when you try to cashout.

I think 95% faucets are not following adsense rules & the other 5% I really don't saw them.

Actually adsense requires original and regularly updated content.But in faucets just same old bitcoin history and stuff.
In reality we don't visit faucets for content we visit for money & i think thats against google TOS.

I know there are some sites who really care about adsense TOS but not all.
Some brand new faucets banned but old one lke Freebitco.in still using adsense without problem.

Have to add that we have been paid to visitors many months, almost half year before any income from adsense. Mostly by MellowAds.

Regarding to ONLYfrees link, amount of unique visitors needs to be seven times higher than that and besides you need to had over 5 million unique searches leading to your site.
