AFAIK.. most buyers who want to buy an account in this forum are newbie account. So i don't think the OP disallow newbie to post his bid in this auction.

Totally agree with your reply, just watches all bids and replys and most of the replys for bidding are newbie and i think OP has created lot of accounts and now he is promoting his own auction to higher level so that he can sell for higher price. I think who ever is bidding should first consult with OP and clear the bids of Newbie and restart the Auction.
