E.x. If an  investment dont have paid for 3 hrs and the "plan" ending is at 00:00, it will run and ends eventually at 03:00.

While we were offline the deposit function wasn't available so its no that we are out of funds, we had a strond server attack that we quickly resolved,
and now that we are back online, payments are going out one after another,
Bitcoins.Work is nowhere near collapsing point, we are just getting warmed up
