you sent it with a low transaction fee .0001 rather than .001, the blockchain states it is a medium priority transaction and is will be confirmed withing 6 blocks. be patient, it's not an issue with bitcoin.works |

The site went down due to another Large attack against our server.
It seems that people want to take us down. No matter that as we are almost always online, we responded quickly and
switched IP again and applied even stronger protection. This was the second attack since launch, the first one was aprox 24 hours ago.
We hope that this was the last one. This wasn't said at the moment as we know how people would react accusing that its just a story.
So we got over this in superb speed, less than 30 min, thank you all for your patience.

admin what do you think do they handle it to execute the site or can you protect about this? i think this would be the hater ór the other doubler sites to start the attacks. or thiefs because there are many btc on your wallets.

It's not that hard to be protected against these attacks if the server protection is strong. As you can see , for hackers to take us down probably took more resources and time than it takes from us to get it back on. |

I won't understand the administrator - when you sleep??? Practically all the time online in work in recent days. Or you change there and with us not the same person speaks?

admin why minimum 0.01? to have a faster confirmation time, you would have to pay network transaction fee of .001 you wouldn't be able to send less than .01 BTC |

admin why minimum 0.01? Minimum is 0.01 so the system can sustain more. Imagine if we would have to send out million transactions for all the 0.0001 deposits every hour. |

Good question. We do have few people who look over basic Support. Mostly it is only myself who answers here on forum, but at some times, our other support persons take control and help out. |
