There is nothing of that sort that I know of because those are reversible payment methods. If it was that easy to buy BTC I would have bought a whole bunch by now.

That is one of the major things holding BTC back IMO, the fact that it is so much of a pita to turn your fiat into BTC.

Bitpay, Circle, or Coinbase may be able to do that for you. If not, then it is still easy for you to convert the payments received from a CC processor to bitcoins yourself.

I think Bitpay is the opposite , because the buyer give a Bitcoin and the seller will receive a money in their bank account.

What will happen in this case if there are chargebacks on the visa card?
The payment processor would need to take credit risk on you, if he is paying you bitcoins.

i think you can sort this out with paypal itself, surely you can simply say "i want a chargeback" to paypal and they will done it without thinking like a moron

there must be  valid reason to perform one, so the sellers is relatively safe also

Afaik there isn't such a service which will automatically turn your card payments to Bitcoin, you'll have to do it the old way, receive payment with visa cards and find an exchange and convert them to bitcoins yourself.

Why not just offer to accept payment in Bitcoin, and let the client make the conversioin. You could provide some suggested services, and maybe pick up a referral commission for the contact.
