They are under development I am sure. Terracoin in particular should be easy to tackle as it only requires a slight modification to any bitcoin versions.

Good point, I haven't looked into that, but it seems like it would be a nice simplification feature for merchants.

I'd like a LTC plugin for WordPress's WooCommerce. I'd integrate it into my clothing payment system, but at the same time I need an "instant" way to exchange those LTC's for PayPal so I can pay for the shirts that is(Printing company only accepts CC's & PayPal), kinda like BitInstant.. but.. LiteInstant?

I can't handle this one at the moment, but it shouldn't be hard at all. For TRC it works exactly the same as bitcoin. Just set up a TRC server and change the wordpress code to connect to the TRC port.  Should work no problem.
