But, then why did you refund my orders? I don´t get it. And, why do you guys refund when sent back to your address, when you dont even have a return address on the package?
How do you know they don't have refund address if you haven't got your packet? I have ordered few times successfully and I can tell you that there has always been returning address on my packets. And I see you said something about Dutyfree.io there too but how does that have anything to do with CigsSpot.com? I do know from my past experience that Dutyfree.io has very poor service and they probably don't even actually send all their packets but that doesn't have anything to do with this site. CigsSpot.com even has free tracked shipping and doesn't even have option to send without tracking while Dutyfree.io has very high price for tracking, that is very strong sign of that CigsSpot.com has no intent trying to scam anyone. Because I´ve received a letter from the Dutch customs stating that they don´t know who sent it! I´m just saying most clearnet markets have this! I had tracked shipping on. yes I know they don´t want to scam. All I´m trying to say is - they cant refund if the customs catch the package - their stealth isnt great. But you cannot say it about us, because we never send you anything. We honestly told you that we have a problem with NL and offer a refund instead of just making money on you. We know that you lost 140$ and unhappy with our competitors, but please dont take it on us. And about the refund (when yes and when no) is clearly stated in our FAQ, its not like we are surprising people with that. That is why we do not understand why are you saying here bd things about us too? Because I´ve heard the things you´ve done to my friend. I feel bad for him and want to warn the other customers about the other clearnet markets but, why did you refund me if the other packages are coming through Dutch customs perfectly fine? You made an order last year. And only now we had 2 cartons delivered.

We cannot say. We are shipping in the same boxes. As we stated before - we think the problem was not in the packaging, because our competitors have different packages. Probably the problem was in the country-sender. Maybe to many cigaretes were sent to NL and no one buys localy and not paying the tax. And now maybe they cooled down a bit. We can only guess. I know that we shipped couple of cartons to NL today.

Hey guys.
Just want to let you know thats since the government in our country raised tobacco taxes - the prices on the cigarettes raised as well.
So because of that we have been forced to raise the prices on some brands. Dont worry - we raise it for 1$!
We still have the cheapest prices!)) and we will try to maintain that.
