As of right now I haven't received anything. It's looking like I got scammed.

Had the account working for a day. However, I logged on not too long ago and although my subscription page says "Expires on 4/1/2019", the status is "Ended" and I am unable to access any product codes or downloads.
Can you please correct this, provide an alternate account or refund me.
