Yea yes i think that everybody here in this bitcoin talk forum chat thinks that it is used by illegall activities like hacking account from some person which is using bitcoin I mean bitcoin wallet like coinpayments,blockhain ,xapo  and other bitcoin account or they even go to hack exchanges and take bitcoin from other persons.There are also scammers which are creating hyip sites and they little time give payments and then they run with investitor money or they even not pay any payment so it is better than to use only ptc and revenue share sites and they are also scammers which are selling fake product which acctualy not help I mean you already know that.

If credit cards and other cards have been sold and used there and being banged, what more with bitcoin, there is nothing governing it and almost no restriction on where you will use it, as long as both party are willing to use it. But anyway, as mentioned so many times before, bitcoin is like an alternative to real life money.

That's true and I found out that most of the criminals are even smarter than us. Because they know how to use such technology and abuse it for real. Just like now, bitcoin is being used for different illegal trades and way back no technology there are only illegal activities. So when there is upgrade in technology, criminals will upgrade too.

Definitely they should because that is there business to protect themselves and to be able to continue their business without getting caught. But still if they are smarter than us, government are still smarter than them so in the right time they will be caught and will be prosecuted.

I think also that most of the bitcoin users used the bitcoin in legitimate transaction because bitcoin has a great services that everybody can be benefited that is why more users using it legally to maintain the bitcoin existence.

No matter if a person uses bitcoin in a wrong way as long as he is not doing it openly, because no one would even come to know if bitcoin was used for something bad if the person does not do something that is clear to the public which can result a bad reputation for bitcoin in the community outside this.

i agree but we don't know what kind of illegal activites they use bitcoin and we can track it but we only can track the wallet address, and still we can not know what they buy in out there.

Suppose that you used it for illegal activity (e.g. hiring a hitman), they can't trace it back to you. They might be able to find your bitcoin wallet address but they don't know your personal details just by having that. I also think that people that use bitcoin or any form of money for illegal things should be punished but it's really hard to get proofs that the bitcoin wallet address belongs to that particular person.

I heard or read somewhere that bitcoin were really used before illegally by those rich people to hired killers not knowing each others identity. Yes! it is actually a waste of time tracking down every illegal transaction that have been done via bitcoin even if there are a tracking transaction provided for the block chain it is not enough in knowing who and where does the transaction occur and that is the power of bitcoin letting many criminals have their transaction via internet in just an instant.

That really is happening. My friend told me that you have to give all the details to the hitman before they agree to do the job. You will have to give them the escape plan and all. Otherwise, they wouldn't do it. Even in fiat, that is happening. There's no difference in bitcoin, just different form of money and just more anonymity since if the government conduct an investigation, they will just end up being on a dead end investigation since your whereabouts are hidden.

So, what do you suggest to be done? Cancel Bitcoin or use identified transactions like normal currencies, then bitcoin will lose its advantages, which attracted people to it, in the first place.
There is Money Laundering that is engaged in a financial transaction with the proceeds of a crime for the purpose of concealing the illicit origin of the property/deal from government, which is done with traditional currency just like an anonymous transaction of Bitcoin(though, I know that digital currencies made it quite easier than traditional money laundering).

From your post i believe you are concerned about the bad use that criminals are doing with bitcoin, but be realistic, before crypto currencie they were able to make the same safe transactions with fiat, soo there is nothing that can be done, do you really believe its the interest of politicians to find those black money, and send all prison? No they find some people and send to jail, but the boss, they arent able to trace, neither where the money is being cleaned.

I think we do not need to think about other people's negativ. moreover bitcoin transactions are anonymous and no one knows about the destination on your bitcoin transactions, so it is illegal or not, it does not matter
