Would you be willing to do this in BTC terms, not dollars?
Also, can you sign a message from an old address?

Yep, I'll fill this loan. Basically I'll need a signed message & I'd entreat you to ask for loan in bitcoins. I'll not accept dollars. Agree?
P.S.-> Someone is filling this loan(above me), I'd guess.

I want to use my account, so that's not an option. But I can let you hold WARP in the meantime if you'd like to!

The problem with $ loans is that if the price of BTC goes up during the loan so that $14 is in BTC than $13, the loaner loses.

Well, if you lend $13 and at the same time buy BTC for $13, then you won't lose, but earn $1! Smiley

How about these terms:
Amount: 13$ USD in bitcoin
Repayment by March 1st
Repayment of 14$ USD or the same amount of bitcoin sent as the loan, whichever is greater.
Just don't want to be in the negatives if the bitcoin price rises a lot.

Repayment confirmed, thanks!
You repaid 0.0355779 BTC though, and our terms stated above that you will repay 0.03741 or 15$ worth of BTC, which ever is greatest and 0.03741BTC  is greater. It's a petty ~0.002BTC extra, but I don't like being in the negatives from loans so it would be nice if you would pay the remainder sometime.

Nice to see a loan work out well for a change.  I get pretty jaded about this forum from having seen so many scam attempts.

Most of my loans have gone well with only one default (used his collateral to get 0.03BTC, loan was 0.02BTC) so it has been good in the lending business for me.
