First off you might tell us exactly what problem you are having. Then people can offer suggestions based on your issue.

Install logs, version of CentOS, etc would help.

Can you tell us ind etail about what you try to do ..so we can suggest ..in proper manner or pm me for this

Just unpack bitcoin-qt to a directory of your choice, open a terminal and type:

$ ./path/to/bitcoin-qt

If any error about dependencies not found, install the required dependencies.
