When i looked to try again, message said that i must wait more 60 minutes to claim again, but nothing was send to address.

I sometimes have the same problem.
BUt if you try a second time , than it worked always for me. THe first time i mostly get an error as well.
But when i try immediately again than i get a captcha to solve and then i get payed.
I hope the same for you.

The Unknown error was considered a claim. So, to claim again only in the next hour. Hope it work next time.

Claimed right now and worked fine as well. 700 satoshi sent to faucetbox.

Maybe a bug that sometimes give error?

There's a option in faucetbox to set max. amount of satoshi's paid in 30 minutes.
Lets say admin set a limit of .001BTC to be claimed in 30 mins.If people collect more than .001BTC in 30 mins. faucet stop paying.Untill next 30 minutes start.That limit cause this error This faucet exceeded it's safety limits! so just wait and come after some time

wish their was a way to see that on the main page, that the limit has exceeded, instead of seeing it after filling the captcha and submitting for nothing.

Complain about this in the main faucetbox thread to the creator.  Many people have done so but he still hasn't updated the code.  If enough people say something I'm sure eventually something will be done about it.
