It's You have sent your deposit against our rules. We cannot pay back if the deposit is made with a multiple address. As you can see all the people who followed the rules received the payback but unfortunately many have been made mistakes such this. Sorry but it's clearly written in the rules. No wtf!? It's not a multiple address. question, most of these sites say "no web wallets" however blockchain.info wallets are normally allowed. Is it the same in this case?
