How to start as an escrow/trustee from nothing (no trackreccord)

What are your ideas how to build a trackrecord as trustee from virtually nothing?

One could prove some things like serious participation/reputation, on Quora but it could be unnecessarily personal/unrelated to being a escrow / trustee

Idea how to starting as a trustee?:
--Befriend (/hire) reputable trustees with a high score in this forum or any public people/experts.
to be for example: 3 in 4 multi-sig wallet holders for most of my savings, for example 20 BTC,
under the agreement that they only let me withdraw singificant portions after long enough periods without receiving complaints about me.
(--then start doing transactions below 5 BTC or so only cheap or free)
--Encourage clients to write feedbacks in this thread here or through something else like yelp/uservoice or ideally in a blockchain?

More specifically my service shall include:
-Escrow for any legit crypto currency deal (cheap & small but growing amounts)

-Due diligence research
-Specific transactions like domain.tld / authcodes
-Suggesting deserving borrowers or guarantee / vouch for some (like an insurance)
-....

On the way i'm excited how this work may change through smartcontracts (automated trustees) or evolve/impact eachother
or in farther future possibly qualify my trackrecord to offer more complex services (such as multiwallet signature holder/crowdsale trustee/business-broker....)
