I am currently having around 2 BTC consolidated in all of my paper wallets (including my profile address) and I want to cash them out.
I stay near Kolkata. So if anyone staying in Kolkata and is interested can pm me. We can discus about the price and all and we can fix a date regarding hand to hand transaction.
First of all I will check all the cash to ensure if there is any adulteration done and then only will release BTC in front of you. Also please try to bring notes with highest denomination for easier counting.

This is a first time trading from hand to hand so I cannot decide a better rate. I like to get open suggestions from you all.  Then I might agree depending upon my cash requirement. |

Even though your requirement would be less then would u accept a lower offer from the market rate? u might put the auction status to this thread.

Well I will use Localbitcoin escrow so we can adjust the rate beforehand and it'll remain locked until the transaction is completed. Also it will be a safer trade I think. Auctioning is also a good idea IMHO. |

I cannot state the exact rate now since it is fluctuating. I prefer any localbitcoin rates which is somewhat profitable for both buyer and seller. I prefer to meet either in Garia or Esplanade (preferable near any metro stations). Actually I am from Haldia. |

I can buy 1 BTC at preev-10% right now by paying INR via IMPS to your bank account & save your time & money for going anywhere out of your house. In any case, I can not meet in person as I am not even in India as of now. |
