This isn't going to go well at all.  Paypal is well known for being reversed to the point that people won't do a 1:1 trade for it most of the time, and a newbie wants to get people to accept it from multiple sources for just a 10% cut.  If just 1/10 of those people reverse it or claim to have a 'hacked' account they're in the red.

It sounds like to me this is some kind of shady dealings with the OP. He wants you to accept his payments and run the risk of getting chargebacks up to 180 days after receiving the funds and in return for only a 10% cut. It is wise that no one would take this deal and risk getting their paypal shut down. Now one has to wonder, why does the OP not want to accept into his own paypal account? Paypal account is not hard to get and there is reason this OP is trying to get other to accept because if you see his other posts he is selling porn account and I imagine he wants you to accept those payments  on his behalf. Now it just takes a few angry customer say the OP does not deliver the goods to customer and then they charge back. Only way someone should do this is to hold the funds for 180 days then they can be released to the OP but I'm sure he would not like this kind of arrangement.

It wont work unless it's a trusted website that is sending the paypal funds as PayPal can easily be chargedback and the person who receives the funds would lose his money instead of earning 10% from you. If you can probably wait for 180 days after which the payment can be reversed, the deal would work else the amount should be less enough for a member here to trust you for the same.

I wish you could tell me the reason why you are unable to receive funds , may it be the country problem or the verification of paypal document problem . However I am also curious to know if a guy claims that his paypal was hacked then what will be the worst case scenario with my paypal .

Rather than do this for you, contact me and I will tell you how to set it up.  There are some tips and tricks to the end result scripts and the selling website will cause some changes to be needed, but in the end, with some personal attention, the website can take PP as the payment, wait for a certain amount of FIAT to gather and then make the exchange automatically.  We have this set up and do it manually at the moment because of the upcoming price changes, but it was automated for over a year.  And, as I have said a thousand times, with the right handling PP funds will always stay with you no matter what the buyer does or says.

First, OP is quite obviously trying to get money out of hacked accounts.  Once the victims realize their accounts have been compromised all they have to do is call Paypal and the charge will be reversed as unauthorized, not undelivered goods where it may be relevant that it was a service.  Should for some unknown reason Paypal refuse it, they can go to the issuing Credit Card which will probably be much more on their side, considering that the loss would come from them otherwise.

Secondly, if you say you delivered a service Paypal won't believe you unless:

• The payment was marked as such with a note saying what it was
• You have proof of delivery of service
• The buyer doesn't have a way to dispute delivery
• You don't get a ton of these within a few days

Notice the bolded part.  The guys working at Paypal aren't brainless, they know when a bunch of hacked accounts send to the same person something is definitely up.

We deal with around three per week and the funds are put right back in our PP account.  The phone calls take less than a minute each.

Well, this thread went from mildly amusing to completely confusing.  I see the word scammer used over and over and sometimes cannot even tell where it is being pointed.  The trust system may need some over hauling.  Perhaps only the mods should be able to put trust on people.
