Despite the ever-constant skepticism surrounding bitcoin, firms move forward, finding new ways users can handle and trade the cryptocurrency. First Global Credit, for example, is a trading platform that allows users to trade commodities, ETFs and stocks by using their bitcoin as collateral. According to the company’s site, the goal is to give users the same trading capabilities with bitcoin as with fiat currencies:
