procedure : 1 - buyer sent NXT in my account + message uncrypted for adress iota

                              2 -  when iota is available, seller sent amount for new adress Buyer

                              3 -  when all is confirmed, i sent NXT for seller

Cool, but like I said before, when I look at these escrow providers on BTT they appear to me little more than Legendary members who have garnered trust over time.

Is that a fair description or am I missing something?

There is a conflict in interest. It is good practice to use an escrow, a trustworthy third party.

He does escrow for Lisk ICO as well.

A better way is that you get a new NXT account, and use this new account to set IOTA assets for sellers(seller should pay the listing fees theirselves ).  Once iotatoken is available, you send the NXT to sellers after they send total sold iotatokens on AE to you first. To the end, you send Received iotatokens to buyers

I've decided to offer another four gentleman's agreements so that there'll be eight pilgrims and myself, forming a company of 9 (a significant number for IOTA). After that I will not be offering up any more IOTA and will hold on to the remainder.
