@cfb

I know this is a none iota question but very important for many, so thats why i ask you public and not with pm.

Are you still involved in crypto777? and could you imagine to collaborate in any other future project where james is involved?  James has a lot of good ideas and is imo one of the most productive persons in this open project fields. I think Supernet could be huge in some years, would any cooperation make sense to you?.

regards

Hello

I'm selling 400k IOTA for 14 BTC. However, I need the BTC urgently and therefore will need you to trust me and send the BTC to me first without escrow.

I'm no newbie to crypto and am a moderator at another crypto forum (can prove it via PM to an interested/serious buyer)

Please only contact me if you can trust me and send the BTC rightaway. I'm only selling at this price coz I'm not doing escrow.

Thanks.

.85 lowered to .75 for 22,500 iota

Also added a larger offer of 150,000 for 6.5 BTC *with escrow. This is a great deal in the current market.

46,000 for 1.5 BTC   (sold to peer2peer360) Seccour as escrow
150,000 for 6.5 BTC (FOR SALE NOW - With escrow)

Next buyer gets 10,000 iota donated to the Iota Foundation in their name.

22,500 for .75 BTC  (sold to hashtag101) straight sale
22,500 for .75 BTC (sold to Skormie) straight sale
22,500 for .75 BTC (sold to Wesgen) straight sale
22,500 for .75 BTC (FOR SALE NOW - straight sale)

Next buyer gets 5,000 iota donated to Iota Foundation in their name.

Thanks for your business

4. I read somewhere that the current prices (around 30k IOTA for a BTC) is 30x the price of the ICO. Is that right? If it's right, do you think it's still beneficial to buy IOTA now?

At current price it is at 11-th place in coinmarketcap, with 30 000 BTC cap. http://coinmarketcap.com/#BTC
If you think that it is a better coin then any one from above - yes it is. You can sell your iotas above your buyin price and hold your wealth in BTC - as a more stable coin. It's one way to see it.

The other way is to ask yourself, can it be (in long term - years) the bitcoin successor - I mean DAG vs Blockchain. If it does, then it doesn't make sense to sell iotas at all. Cause it will be stupid like selling bitcoins for USD in 2011. For example, bigiotabig bought millions of iotas. I guess he done this not for quick profit in BTC in 1 month.

5. Any ETA for the IOTA launch date?

It's already possible to send nanoiotas via command line. We are waiting for GUI. My personal estimate is 1 week before GUI wallet.

Bigiotabig is definitely not in it to flip it. I can attest to that.

FOR RENT.

Half that iota has sold at half that price. It was the same amount per iota (100,000 for 5 BTC. @ 5000 satoshi). Of course to be fair it didn't happen until after you wrote this.

It's no surprise because its still so low compared to other projects of lesser caliber trading for much, much more. We are still far from establishing it's true value. The IOU factor is pulling the price down considerably lower than what it will be once buyers are receiving their coins at the time of sale.

There's a risk involved, people can get screwed. The buyers that take this risk, and receive their coins will be rewarded. I can't see the risk being gone and the coins costing less.

I say this because that would mean that there would be LESS demand for Iotas. How could the demand go down once there is less risk. That would mean that more people would rather buy iotas and risk not getting them, than people wanting to buy iotas with a guarantee of getting them.

So the demand will rise with every buyer who would not take that risk entering the market.

So those who take the risk will get paid for taking that chance, as long as they found someone who will send them their coins. That's the only way I see them failing to make a profit. Barring the Tangle failing to work, which I see as extremely unlikely with CFB at the helm and successful testing currently.
