You might have look at

https://howtobuybitcoins.info/#!/

If you really want to buy on a larger scale you might connect your Bank account to a bigger bank and wire money to a big exchange like Bitstamp or Kraken or so

Why can you only get through wesellcrypto? There are much cheaper places in S.A. like bitx and ice3x.

And they would be horrible for high volume because of their markup and restrictions.   How much are you looking to buy, OP?

I m looking to purchase 1,000btc

try localbitcoin or quickbitcoin, because normal exchange have some limit, and anyway there is money laundering limit for your bank

if you don't need them fast you can try to buy small amount per time

You just need to provide your bank account details, ID, proof of address etc and they will open the account. I have capitec and it works fine, I have accounts on both.

Your best bet is to probably fly out of Angola with USD and buy elsewhere. The controls are tight with getting money out of Angola right, I get that is exactly why you want bitcoin, so that you can transact easily. The problem is people can send you bitcoin, but nobody can get that money out of Angola, unless fly it out, or dhl it out or something. You need to know the right generals lol

That's a tough scenario. Buy a nice big diamond or lump of gold from a local and exchange it with a foreigner when they fly in.

I think instead of trying to buy bitcoin, you need people to pay you in bitcoin. If people pay you in bitcoin, you can pay who you need to in bitcoin. That will solve your problems. Rather try figure a way to get people to want to pay you in bitcoin instead of fiat
