Yes, more advanced reporting is on the roadmap. In the meantime the csv file can be loaded into a spreadsheet program like Excel or Numbers on Mac and any kind of number crunching can be done on it. Data for all your historical trades is available in the file.

Another request, any chance to add Ripple (XRP) in your crypto margin trade? Ripple has already surpassed Ethereum (ETH) from the total volume market cap. You should add this ASAP   Why?



By next few days this coin is about to have a huge dump. If you could implement this soon, you could snatch Poloniex users to try WhaleClub. As Poloniex is sucking like hell now and cant handle traffic from Ripple users.

Thanks for your feedback. We have MT4 on our roadmap but not enough customers have asked for it since they prefer our web trader interface, so it's not a priority. Are there specific reasons why you would want to use MT4?

I see. Yes, we try to keep things simple for beginner users. We do however provide advanced orders like stop losses, trailing stops, etc. What kind of functionality are you looking for?

perhaps i´ve been trading by six or seven years with same platform and it´s easier after many years for me. but don´t worry i´ll follow reading posts in this thread. i have curiosity by cryptocurrencies, i recognize this is future. so to begin with this new concept of virtual money i thought that it´d be better to learn from forex trading. i did a little deposit with a broker that provides mt4 an account based in btc but i wanted to contact you because you have good reviews in this thread and i watch that you are online many hours, that it talks about your good support team.

Withdrawals do not take 12 hours. 90% of withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes. It's extremely disappointing to see this customer post their misleading message.

Yep you are right but it should not be taking 12 hours!

I understand that you guys want to have a firm grasp on security to make sure no one manipulates your system, but 12 hours is absurdly long. Do you guys not have a team on hand 24/6 for this, or even a partially automated system? This is a pretty big problem. I've traded on Bitfinex, Poloniex and Kraken, and have never had my transactions held for more than an hour, let alone half a day.

they write that total cost (spread+fee) for BTCUSD is only 0.16% but on their page

they say that their BTCUSD spread is 0.44% !

ETHUSD spread 3.05% !!!!!!

And those BTCUSD financing rates. Are those daily rates or what?! 4%?
